Percussion Ensemble Performance- 10/26/13
South Pointe Percussion Ensemble performs before the Pacific Symphony Halloween Concert at Segerstrom Hall for children and parents. The president of the Pacific Symphony along with the staff loved our performance! Pacific Symphony will definitely be calling SPMS Band back in the near future to have us come again! Thank you to all the parents who helped get the kids and the equipment down to the hall. Thank you to Gabe Cobas for teaching the students. This was a GREAT day of memories!
Flute Workshop 9/24/13
South Pointe flute players learn how to care for and repair their instruments. They also try out a variety of flutes. Thank you to Amy, a repair specialist at Flutacious, for this informative clinic and to Christina Cobas, our flute coach, for setting up this event. The students had a great time!
